Boerewors (Farmer’s Sausage) is a South African style of sausage. It is made up of mainly beef and is mixed in unique spices to give it it’s special flavour. It’s the one item you will be guaranteed to see on a South African Braai / barbeque.

The Traditional boerewors is what we serve on our Saturday “BraaiBQ”.
